These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tiqkets, a product of BetterBots ("we," "us," "our"), including our mobile app, web app, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
Customers — individuals who use Tiqkets to join queues, book tokens, or receive service updates from businesses.
Organizations — businesses and their staff who subscribe to Tiqkets to manage queues, bookings, and customer communication.
Where a provision applies only to one group, it is labeled accordingly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and, if using the Services on behalf of a business, that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Accounts
- Customer access is provided via phone number and OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the phone number associated with your account.
- Organization accounts are provisioned by an administrator. Organizations are responsible for the conduct of their staff using the Services under their account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our [Privacy Policy]
4. Subscriptions and Payments (Organizations)
- Tiqkets offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans (currently Basic and Premium, subject to change). Details of current pricing and features are available within the app or on our website.
- Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us (via our payment partner, Razorpay) to charge your chosen payment method for renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from [INSERT: app settings / billing dashboard / contacting support]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
-Trial conversion: If you do not cancel before your free trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be billed accordingly.
-Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card or bank details.
5. Customer Use of the Services
Customers use the Services free of charge to interact with participating businesses (e.g., joining a queue, receiving a ticket, or getting notified of status updates). Certain features (e.g., pre-booking, priority service) may be offered by a business at its own discretion and pricing, processed through the Services.

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except as permitted by law
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Services to send spam, abusive, or fraudulent communications
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
-7. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on and integrate with third-party providers, including WhatsApp Business API (Meta), Razorpay (payments), Expo Push (notifications), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and OpenAI (automated responses). Your use of features involving these providers is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.
-8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (including "Tiqkets" and "BetterBots"), are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services (e.g., profile information), but grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to operate and provide the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by businesses using the Services (e.g., queue wait times, service availability).
-10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetterBots and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterBots and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
